COMMENTS

Reference should be made to the comments relating to the previous exhibit which constitutes a typewritten version of BMcL’s affidavit hereabove, incorporating additional remarks made by him.

Specifically, BMcL’s additional observations can be seen in the original affidavit hereabove that follows where they have been handwritten by the lawyer to whom he dictated his statement and are visible in the body of the typewritten  text. BMcL then signed his initials next to each of these additional comments in the left hand margin.
